Yes, all participants (active and passive) will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation in the conference within one week after the conference. The certificates will be uploaded to your profile on our website. You will be notified via email when it’s available to download.
Of course, you can pick up your materials at any day of the conference. Our registration desk will be open from throughout the whole event. Conference staff will be available to help you during the entire conference.
Unfortunately, we do not provide reimbursement if you cancel your participation. However, there is a possibility that your colleague may attend in your place. In that case, please contact us and inform in writing of the contact details of the person who will be attending in your place. A substitution can then be made, and no extra charge or cancellation penalty is incurred.
A number of travel grants for active participants are funded. More information can be found on our website when registration begins.
Yes, if you need it please contact us and we will issue an official letter of acceptance that will assist you in obtaining your visa. This letter does not guarantee that you will be given a visa. No. As the official conference language is English, and all presentations have to be held in English, you are obliged to send the abstract in English.
One presenting author can submit only one abstract to be included into oral sessions (oral presentations) and one into poster sessions. So, you can submit two abstracts: one for oral presentation and one for poster presentation, but you cannot submit two abstracts for the same type of presentation (oral or poster).
