- About Neuronus
Yes, we strongly encourage high school students to participate in the Neuronus conference. However, please note that if you are under 18 years old, you are not allowed to take part in the evening party.
Conference fee covers all conference materials, all lunches and coffee breaks, welcome reception, and participation in the conference activities. Accommodation is not included (except for invited speakers).
If you provided us with invoice data, the invoice will be uploaded to your profile on our website after we receive the payment. You will be notified via email when it’s available to download.
Yes, all participants (active and passive) will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation in the conference within one week after the conference. The certificates will be uploaded to your profile on our website. You will be notified via email when it’s available to download.
Of course, you can pick up your materials at any day of the conference. Our registration desk will be open from throughout the whole event. Conference staff will be available to help you during the entire conference.
Unfortunately, we do not provide reimbursement if you cancel your participation. However, there is a possibility that your colleague may attend in your place. In that case, please contact us and inform in writing of the contact details of the person who will be attending in your place. A substitution can then be made, and no extra charge or cancellation penalty is incurred.
A number of travel grants for active participants are funded. More information can be found on our website when registration begins.
Yes, if you need it please contact us and we will issue an official letter of acceptance that will assist you in obtaining your visa. This letter does not guarantee that you will be given a visa. Please note that due to countless "EU" VISA fraud attempts we do not send invitation letter prior to money transfer.
No. As the official conference language is English, and all presentations have to be held in English, you are obliged to send the abstract in English.
One presenting author can submit only one abstract to be included into oral sessions (oral presentations) and one into poster sessions. So, you can submit two abstracts: one for oral presentation and one for poster presentation, but you cannot submit two abstracts for the same type of presentation (oral or poster).
