In your user panel you will be able to fill out your registration form when registration opens (12th January 2026) and manage your participation in Neuronus Neuroscience Forum.
Active participants can upload their abstracts within set timeline. Here you will be able to find your invoice (if requested during registration) and certificate. You will receive email notifications when they are available for download.

Only original papers, based on your own research will be considered. We do not accept reviews.
IMPORTANT The abstract for oral or poster presentation should be submitted only by the presenting author. In case the co-authors are going to attend the conference, they should register as passive participants.
Abstract should be submitted for evaluation before 14th February 2026. The Abstracts received after this deadline will not be considered. Presenting authors will be notified about the acceptance of their papers by 15th of March 2026.
Please provide full information by filling out the submission template. The abstract must be no longer than 200 words, with background of the study, methods, results, and conclusions. Bibliography, tables, figures and equations are not allowed. If possible, do not use special characters within the abstract body. Any changes in the submitted abstracts can be done exclusively before submission deadline. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us by e-mail.
The Scientific Committee will decide which papers will be presented as posters and which ones with a talk. Please note that the Scientific Committee will make a final decision about including your submission into oral or poster presentations. To uphold the quality and validity of their decision only the body of the abstract will be reviewed, without information about the authors.
All presenting authors with pre-doctoral status will be eligible for awards for the best oral and poster presentations.
