Please contact us first if you are interested in late submission.
All contributors will be notified about the acceptance of their proposals by March 13th, 2020.
Please note that the Scientific Committee makes a final decision about including your submission into oral or poster presentations. If, because of some reasons you are only willing to present a poster, please indicate it below. Without this indication your submission will be considered either as an oral or poster presentation.

Authors of accepted papers should register as active participants and secure the registration fee by April 10th, 2020.

The abstract for oral or poster presentation should be submitted only by the presenting author. In case the co-authors are going to attend the conference, they should register as passive participants.
Shortly after abstract submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your submission. Any changes in the submitted abstracts can be done exclusively before submission deadline. If you wish to make any changes, please re-submit the abstract, and notify us by e-mail about cancellation of your previous entry.
If possible, do not use special characters within the abstract body.
All presenting authors with pre-doctoral status will be eligible for awards for the best oral, poster and medical case report presentations.
