Yes, we strongly encourage high school students to participate in the Neuronus conference. However, please note that if you are under 18 years old, you are not allowed to take part in the evening party.
No, we do not provide any discounts. The conference fee is the same for all participants.
The conference fee covers all conference materials, opening reception, two lunches, all coffee breaks, participation in the party. Accommodation is not included (except for invited speakers).
Yes, all participants (active and passive) will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation in the Conference via e-mail within one week after the conference.
Yes, if you need it please contact us and we will issue you an official letter of acceptance that will assist you in obtaining your visa. This letter does not guarantee that you will be given a visa. Please note, that due to countless "EU" VISA fraud attempts we do not send invitation letter prior to money transfer.
No. As the official conference language is English and all presentations have to be held in English, you are obliged to send the abstract in English.
Unfortunately, we do not provide reimbursement if you cancel your participation. However, there is possibility that your colleague might attend in your place. In that case please contact us and inform in writing of the contact details of the person who will be attending in your place. A substitution can then be made, and no extra charge or cancellation penalty is incurred.
Of course, you can pick up your materials at any day of the conference. Our registration desk will be open from Friday (c.a. 2 hours before the first session) to Sunday (till the last session). Conference staff will be available to help you throughout the conference.
One presenting author can submit only one abstract to be included into oral sessions (oral presentations or medical case reports) and one into poster sessions. So, you can submit two abstracts: one for oral presentation and one for poster presentation, but you cannot submit two abstracts for the same type of presentation (oral or poster).
